We get all of our excellent high quality Beef from a few local Kent farmers that stock traditional British breeds like the Sussex and Hereford. Our Cattle spend their days grazing on lush grasses and are slow rearing breeds that get better with age. We dry hang the beef for between 21 and 28 days for a fuller flavour and softer texture. All our beef is Grass Fed and are looked after to the highest standards. We offer only soil association certified Beef and our all of our Cattle are happy and healthy. A happy Bull means a happy customer!
